This policy explains what personal information Radio Stations Hub collects when you use the site, why, and the rights you may have under U.S. state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA.

What we collect

• Usage information: pages visited, stations played, approximate location (country/state) and device type, used to run and improve the site.
• Contact messages: the name, email address and message you send through the contact form, used only to answer you.
• Local preferences: your favorite stations, volume and last station are stored in your own browser, not on our servers.
• Children: the site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them (COPPA).

Why we use it and consent

We use personal information only for the purposes described here: to operate the site, measure its audience, answer messages and, where enabled, show advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. Where advertising cookies count as “sharing” under California law, you can opt out by blocking or deleting cookies or by writing to us.

Radio streams

When you press play, your browser connects directly to the broadcaster’s streaming server (or, for some older streams, through our own relay), which receives your IP address and may apply its own terms and privacy policy.

How long we keep information and how we protect it

Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months. Aggregated statistics contain no personal information and may be kept longer. We protect information with security safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising.
