105.3 The Buzz live

105.3 The Buzz is a Wichita hit music station. It broadcasts as KFBZ on 105.3 FM, is licensed to Haysville, Kansas, and serves the Wichita metropolitan area with the slogan "Wichita's Best Variety". The station is owned by Audacy, and on this page you can listen to The Buzz live online, free. The online stream is offered to listeners inside the United States; outside the country it may not play because of rights restrictions.

Hot adult contemporary

The Buzz plays hot adult contemporary: current pop hits mixed with favorites from the 1990s and 2000s, for listeners who want variety at work and in the car. Some programming comes through Westwood One.

A famous building

The studios are near Douglas Avenue and Webb Road in eastern Wichita, in the former Pizza Hut headquarters. The transmitter is outside Colwich, Kansas.

History

The station signed on on August 25, 1985, as KXLK and later became KWSJ and, briefly, KWCY before taking the KFBZ call letters — for "Buzz".

Sister stations

In Wichita, Audacy also owns KDGS, KEYN-FM, KFH, KNSS and KNSS-FM.
